ELITE COMBAT MMA - RULES

We Run White Collar MMA events and Amatuer MMA fights under Unified Amatuer Rules.

All fights are held in a Cage.

White Collar fights are 3 x 2 min rounds. Fighters wear shin pads.

Unified Amatuer rules are 3 x 3 min rounds , No shinpads.

Unified Amatuer rules Area Title fights are 3 x 3 min rounds.

Unified Amatuer rules English Title fights are 4 x 3 min rounds.

Unified Amatuer rules British Title fights are 5x 3 min rounds.

White Collar fighters use Novice rules.

The add to the Unified Amatuer Rules the modifications as explained at the pre Fight rules meeting.

A quick overview of the modifications of the rules are...

1, Shorter rounds , ie 2 minutes instead of 3 minute rounds

2, Fighters wear shin pads.

Weight Divisions - 

Super-Heavyweight : ( +265 lbs ) = + 120.5 Kgs

Heavy-weight : ( 265 lbs ) = 120.5 Kgs

Light-Heavyweight : ( 205 lbs ) = 93.2 Kgs

Middle-weight : ( 185 lbs ) = 84.1 Kgs

Welter-weight : ( 170 lbs ) = 77.3 Kgs

Light-weight : ( 155 lbs ) = 70.5 Kgs

Feather-weight : ( 145 lbs ) = 65.9 Kgs

Bantam-weight : ( 135 lbs ) = 61.4 Kgs

Fly-weight : ( 125 lbs ) = 56.8 Kgs

Straw-weight : ( 115 lbs ) = 52.3 Kgs
